Food Policy

While food is not included with our picnic packages, we'd be happy to assist in arranging catering, charcuterie, desserts, or beverages through one of our preferred vendors. Coordination services are available for an additional fee.

Coordination Fees

  • · Restaurant pickup: $35–$50
  • · Charcuterie / catering coordination: $50–$75
  • · Full food concierge service (ordering, pickup, setup, and styling): $100

This fee is in addition to the cost of the food, which is paid by the client.

Alcohol Policy

To comply with local regulations, The Picnic Edit does not provide or sell alcoholic beverages. Clients are welcome to bring their own alcohol (where permitted), and we'll provide the styling touches — such as an ice bucket, beverage tub, champagne flutes, wine glasses, and elegant presentation — to complete the experience.

The Picnic Edit is not responsible for venue restrictions, permits, or violations related to alcohol consumption.
